Peter has a solid career in hospitality in Australia. He has worked at a number of five star hotels, convention centres and clubs in food and beverage service, banqueting operations and conference and event sales. This wealth of hospitality experience has seen Peter attain a number of positions, many in senior management roles. He has also been engaged by corporate and government organisations to manage major projects including community events, sporting events and business events.
